Things you should know…
Florida State Law requires all villa guests to register upon arrival and pay a Property Protection Fee. This fee must be paid by debit or credit card at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre during the registration process. Décor and furnishings will vary from villa to villa as each accommodation is styled to the homeowner’s taste. Bedding and towels will be provided and you can also add pool heating for an additional cost.
